The Seiko SPT 510 / 35pl Printhead is an industrial inkjet printhead known for its reliability and high-speed performance. Designed by Seiko Instruments (SII) in Japan, it features a drop-on-demand shear-mode piezo mechanism that ensures stable and consistent ink flow during printing. Since its introduction, the SPT 510 printhead platform has become a standard configuration in wide-format solvent and UV printers worldwide.
Equipped with 510 active nozzles and a 35pl droplet volume, this printhead delivers strong ink coverage, high-resolution output up to 720 dpi, and high-speed printing. Steel-plate nozzle protection gives it a longer service life, with this durable printhead lasting 4-5 times longer than many common 128-nozzle printheads. It supports oil-based, UV, and solvent inks, making it ideal for signage, outdoor printing, and other demanding industrial applications. This IRH1513D-3322/3311 printhead is the current replacement for the earlier IRH1513D-1321 version, and is compatible with a wide range of grand-format digital printers, including Infiniti printers FY-3206 and many other Infiniti Challenger, EFI Vutek, Roland, Gongzheng, and Icontek models.
