Alpha 1024 Printhead – High-Speed Industrial Inkjet Solution

The Alpha 1024 Printhead is a high-performance industrial inkjet printhead designed for solvent printers and demanding production environments. Featuring independent nozzle technology, it delivers high firing frequency, stable ink jetting, and an extended service life.

With 1024 nozzles per head, the Alpha 1024 supports single-color and dual-color printing at resolutions of 360 DPI and 180 DPI. A drop size of up to 25pl and firing frequency of 30 kHz enable high-speed printing of up to 260 sqm/hr.

The printhead supports oil-based, UV, solvent, and water-based inks. It comes with a one-year warranty on boards and motors, lifetime free technical support, installation guidance, and optional global door-to-door technical training.
