Seiko RC1536 Printhead | Industrial Inkjet Printhead for Ceramic Printers
Product Description
Seiko RC1536 Recirculation Printhead | 108mm Industrial Inkjet Printhead
The Seiko RC1536 Printhead is a high-performance, versatile industrial inkjet printhead designed for demanding applications such as ceramics, corrugated cardboard, textiles, glass printing, and packaging. As part of Seiko's advanced Recirculation Series Printhead lineup, its unique ink-flow design ensures stable jetting, high productivity, and long-term reliability — setting it far apart from standard, non-recirculating printheads. While a standard epson print head or an hp printer head relies on static ink channels that are prone to clogging with heavy fluids, the Seiko RC1536 maintains constant movement to prevent sedimentation.
Unlike compact desktop heads like the i3200 epson—which is optimized for light water-based DTF inks—the RC1536 printer printhead supports a massive range of ink viscosities, large particle sizes, and variable droplet volumes (up to 225pL). This makes it the ultimate inkjet printhead for special digital effects, including white ink, varnish, metallic inks, and even additive manufacturing (3D printing). The constant ink circulation removes air bubbles and impurities on the fly, allowing this printhead to work flawlessly with oil-based, UV, solvent, and water-based inks in 24/7 production environments.
Key Advantages of the Seiko RC1536 Printhead
✔ High-Flow Ink Recirculation
Constant ink circulation directly behind the nozzles removes air bubbles, extracts impurities, and prevents pigment sedimentation—a massive advantage over static hp printer head or epson print head designs.
✔ Wide Ink & Fluid Compatibility
Works reliably with highly viscous oil-based, UV, solvent, and water-based inks. It handles large pigment particles and specialty fluids (white, varnish, metallic) that would instantly clog a standard inkjet printhead.
✔ Extra-Wide 108.3mm Print Width
Significantly wider than the i3200 epson or standard consumer heads. This 108mm print width means fewer printheads are needed to build wide print bars, reducing system complexity, cabling, and overall machine costs.
✔ High-Frequency, 10-Level Grayscale
Isolated channel technology enables ultra-fast operation at up to 37kHz with up to 10 grayscale levels. This printer printhead delivers smooth tonal transitions and high-resolution output at extreme speeds.
✔ Automatic Nozzle Recovery
The high-speed circulation system acts as a self-cleaning mechanism. It eliminates routine manual nozzle wipes, drastically reduces ink waste, and ensures continuous operation without stopping the production line.
✔ Low-Voltage, Cost-Efficient Drive
Requires lower drive voltage compared to older industrial piezo heads. This reduces energy consumption, heat generation, and the overall cost of the driver electronics needed to run the industrial inkjet printhead.
