SEIKO RC1536 Recirculation Printhead – Industrial Inkjet Printing Solution

The RC1536 Recirculation Printhead is a versatile industrial inkjet printhead designed for demanding applications such as ceramics, corrugated cardboard, textiles, glass printing, and inkjet printer systems. Its advanced recirculation design ensures stable ink flow, high productivity, and long-term reliability.

Recirculation Series Printhead

The RC1536 supports a wide range of ink viscosities, particle sizes, and droplet volumes, enabling special digital effects such as white ink, varnish, metallic inks, and more. It is suitable for applications including ceramics, textiles, additive manufacturing (3D printing), printed electronics, and packaging.

Wide Ink & Fluid Compatibility

A constant ink circulation system removes air bubbles, impurities, and prevents pigment sedimentation. This allows the printhead to work reliably with oil-based, UV, solvent, and water-based inks, even those containing large pigment particles.

High Productivity & Cost Efficiency

With an extra-wide 108 mm print width, fewer printheads are required to build print bars, reducing system complexity and cost. Low-voltage operation lowers energy consumption and driver electronics investment.

Isolated channel technology enables operation at frequencies of up to 37 kHz with up to 10 grayscale levels and droplet sizes ranging from 13 pl to 225 pl. High-speed ink circulation directly behind the nozzles ensures automatic nozzle recovery, eliminates routine cleaning, and minimizes ink waste.
